Motion of default...Lien enforcement

Service has been served been served to all parties involved. Statued 21 days has passed and there has been no responce from any parties. What are the next 1-10 steps that I need to take before a Judge, in Chancery Court, to have this lien enforced, to have this property sold.

Chancery court is no more in the law of the Commonwealth as of 01/01/2006. And, furthermore, you have failed to specify what kind of lien you are seeking to enforce based upon what previous action.
