patio problems
we rented a home with many alterations made by unlicensed contractors. we have moved out and the owners say our baby pool drainage ruined their paver patio. we believe it was not built correctly and had a patio builder say that he agrees. he said water drainage now matter how much should not make a patio settle especially if it is only 3 years old. it has settled around the edges about 1 inch. it is paver bricks on top of dirt held up by a retaining wall. there was no concrete used not any polymeric sand to hold it all together.

So, you plan to do what? Deny all responsibililty, of course, and prepare, if necessary, to defend your position in court in case you're sued.
