abc store refusing to serve
can an abc store refuse to serve me on the pretext that I am intoxicated? threaten to call police? I welcomed the police and took a breath test to prove I had no alcohol in my system but was still refused service.

Re: abc store refusing to serve
Yes, generally, a commercial establishment has complete discretion in regard to whom they serve as long as service is not denied on the basis of race or ethnic grounds, sex, or other grounds which constitute federally protected anti-discrimination law categories.
