Apartment lease
I signed a lease and once i saw the apt it was infested w roaches, not clean, the laundry room had dirty syringes in the sink. I have not moved in yet signed the lease yesterday. How can i get out of lease?

Offer the landlord a reasonable sum of money to release you from the lease (after explaining the reasons).
