Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
If I attempt to buy something from a home shopping network over the telephone, and I decide I want to use the flex pay option and the customer service rep takes my information and money is taken from my account, then 2 weeks later I find out that they wont allow me to do flex pay, and they put the money back, but neither on the television show or online or did the customer service rep say I may not be elgible for flex pay. What is my recourse, can I sue for false advertising or anything?

No, as long as your money was refunded(in my opinion).
