Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
auto service
We had a new engine put in our truck in 04 for 10,000. The engine leaked diesel. We have had the truck serviced six times since then for 100-700 each time and the engine continues to leak. They always seem to find something else wrong. The service director is not being of much help other than to tell us to bring it back in. 3,000 plus now not to mention the lost diesel. What steps can we take to get justice?

Re: auto service
Very likely depends upon the nature
and scope of your warranty coverage
that presumably came with the new engine. (Lemon laws, as far as I am aware, do not apply merely to vehicle engines.)
