Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
automobile contract
I purchased a used vehicle in VA. I can't get the dealer to get me the title. What can I do? There is also an issue of false advertising and mental stress.

Re: automobile contract
Take your original bill of sale to your local DMV office and see whether they'll issue you a duplicate title based upon that document. If they decline, make inquiry as to what further documentation will they require for the issuance of a duplicate title for this vehicle.
