Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
I bhought an used car on 28 Dec 10 in VA paid cash, almost after two months later the auto auction dealership mailed me the car title. However it was signed by a dealer employer and not by the legal prior owner. The dealership stay the POA was mailed along with the car title but I never received the POA. I can't longer drive my car as temp tags have expired over 60 days.

Not sure if you went to DMV for help, but you should have been given the title the day you bought it. Take your documents to an attorney.

So, request a duplicate POA from the dealership, but if it's not forthcoming,
take the title given to you to DMV along with your proof of purchase documents and apply for registration and tags.
