Over billing
My alarm company has debited my bank account 2 times without my permission. I need help and want my money back.

Well, call them up first with your complaint and, then, if that fails to produce the desired result, send a formal written notice with your demand
for reimbursement with a copy to the president/CEO of the company.
If that action also fails, then file your case in small claims court.
