Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
Bought a car that had a fraudulant inspection done at a VA auto repair shop. Had car reinspected in WV and failed miserably with broken parts, hole in muffler, missing lug nuts, blown struts, chords showing on both rear tires. How would I go about getting compensated for parts and labor to correct, when inspection was done and car passed 2 weeks before I bought car.

Best to arrange for a consultation with an attorney who handles consumer affairs/civil litigation matters in the area where this repair shop is located
to determine what (if any) remedies might be available to you
for the situation described.
