Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
I BOUGHT SOME ICE CREAM IN A GROCERY STORE. GOT SICK AFTER EATING IT. CHECK EXPIRATION DATE, IT WAS OVER TWO(2) MONTHS EXPIRED. CONTACTED COMPANY TO LET THEM KNOW . ALSO I HAD TO GO TO DOCTORS BECAUSE OF A PRE MEDICAL CONDITION AND HAD TO MAKE SURE THAT EATEN THE PRODUCT HAD NOT CAUSE ANY COMPLICATION. WAS INFORMED THAT THEY WOULD AN INVESTIGATION TO WHY THIS PRODUCT WAS STILL IN STORE AND THEY WOULD PAY FOR MY DOCTORS BILL PUT THEY DO NOT PAY FOR PIAIN AND SUFFERING, I TOLD WITH MY PRE-CONDITION THAT ANY THING BAD IN SYSTEM I COULD HAVE DIED . EVEN EVERY WAS LEARD. IT IS ANYTHING I CAN BE IMBURSED FOR, LIKE A DISREaed to there consumer health.

pain and suffering damages (3 x the cost of your medical expenses as
a suggestion) in order to settle your claim.
