Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
I bought a 14k white gold class ring from herff jones about 11 years ago. I recently found out that the ring is not gold. I had it tested at a jeweler. I have my receipts for the purchase. Is there anything I can do about it?

Yes, send a letter with a copy of your evidence to the jeweler who sold the
ring to you requesting appropriate redress for this transaction which may have
not given you the benefit of the bargain which you had thought that you
were getting at the time.
