Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
I bought a set of golf clubs at a yard sale, but after getting them home and doing some research on the internet, I believe they are forgeries. What recourse do I have to return the clubs for a full refund?

Very likely none at all, unless the seller personally made overt and provably fraudulent misrepresentations to you regarding these golf clubs.
Items purchased at yard sales are normally considered private sales "AS IS"
and without warranty or right of return of any kind.
