Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
I brought a used car in the state of Virginia on Thursday, December 10,2009. Can I return the vehicle? I want to return the vehicle because I realized I paid too much for it. On the bill of sales it states that the vehicle cannot be returned " just because I changed my mind". Is this legal or can I return it.

No, you cannot return this vehicle under the condition described and expect to get a refund of your purchase price.
