Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia

Lets say, you buy a car and then two months pass by and your dealership calls and states that they "cheated themselves out of $500~ in tax money" and asks for you to pay them, do you have to? Seeing as how when the vehicle was purchased it was made clear that taxes, tags, and fees were all inclusive in the financing agreement, this just doesn't seem fair! I feel that it would be stupid to hand them over $500 dollars without seeking legal advice.
