Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
buyer's remorse
My husband recently purchased a truck and I was not consulted prior to his purchase. I would like to return the truck but the dealer refuses. Do I have any rights pertaining to this? Is there a certain amount of time I have to change my mind on a purchase?

Re: buyer's remorse
Unless the contract for sale of the vehicle provides your husband with a grace period in which to return the vehicle, your probably stuck.
You ,yourself, have no rights whatsoever regarding this transaction since you were not, apparently, a co-purchaser with your husband.
