Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
buyer's remorse
We are incorporated in PA. Our Realtor customer is in Virginia. She signed a valid contract in her office in VA. The next day, she faxed the contract back to us and had written ''Cancel'' on it. I told her that there is no provision for a 2 or 3 day remorse clause in PA. She says there is one in Virginia. Is This True? Thanx!!

Re: buyer's remorse
I am not sure what your Realtor customer is referring to. I am also unclear as to what product or services you are providing. A business contract would not likely have such a provision.

No, it is not, as far as I am aware.
