Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
Does the buyers remorse law apply to contracts that donot have it written as a part of their legal agreement for membership services like Direct Buy?

Yes, if the sale of the goods or services is covered by the Virginia Home
Solicitation Sales Act found at title 59.1 of the Code of Virginia which provides the buyer with the right to cancel a contract within three business days of its execution.
Otherwise for such a provision to apply to a commercial transaction for goods
and/or services, it must be written into the purchase agreement.(in my opinion).
