Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
we are buying a trailer and we try to get it in our names so we can get insurance on it since march now. come to find out the title dont have his name on it. he brought it but he never switch the name. Is there any way that we can get out of the contract? we spent way too much money on this already

Yes, there should exist the possibility of the remedy of recission of
the contract in a situation such as yours where the seller is unable to deliver good title to the trailer free and clear of all encumbrances.
