Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
i got a car on jan 5 and the next day it was shacking and making a noise. i got the car from a private seller. i was told that only things that needed to be done on the car was little stuff. inwhich was really little stff. well the day of the 6 that morning is when the problems started. i asked for my money bk but they wont give it. so now im taking them to court bc i found out there was work done to the car the day befor inwhich i didnt know anything about. do i have a case?
