Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
car loan
I bought a car about 2 months ago and decided I made a big mistake, other than trying to sell it, legally is there any way I can get rid of the car??

Re: car loan
Unfortunately, this vehicle will be yours either until you sell it to some unsuspecting buyer "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind, or donate it, perhaps, to the charity of your choice.
(The person or business whhich sold the car to you will not likely be inclined to consider any arrangements to have the vehicle returned at this juncture.)
