new car
The 2008 Nissan Altima is less than 30 days old and has leaks. I want to return it and get a new one.

I'm afraid you won't get a new one right away. The law states that you have to give the manufacturer opportunities to fix the problem. Google the Virginia Lemon Law and you'll see what I mean.
