Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
We took a car to a paint shop and received it back with parts that were not painted being damaged by the taping that was done by the shop to protect these parts. The shop explained to us that the taping was a required procedure and it was not their responsibility if paint came off on other parts after tearing off the tape.
We disagree with that. What are our rights?
