even if forms has been signed by me can I backout of purchasing the car?

You may, however too few facts are provided(e.g. contract language; private seller or dealer)to determine conclusively. I suggest that you contact an attorney to fully determine what rights you may have to back out of the sale.

Only if the forms which you signed(meaning the contract for purchase of the vehicle) allows for that.
