Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
New Car is Old
We recently purchased a new car and have found out that it was originally under another name.
Isn't this fraud on the dealerships part, and do we have any recourse to get a new vehicle?

Re: New Car is Old
Sounds like it could be but much more information would likely be required before a definitive determination could be made on the issue.
