Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
Car not repaired, but still charged
I took a vehicle to a dealership for analysis. They said they could fix it. I was called and told it was fixed and it was not. I left the vehicle and was assured that they would fix it. The second time I returned, tested the vehicle and it still was not fixed. I was charged both times for parts and labor. The vehicle is not fixed. I have not picked up the vehicle and now have a bill for $1500 for a vehicle that is not fixed. What are my recourses? What should I do? Thank you, Ralph

Re: Car not repaired, but still charged
You may want to talk with someone higher up in the dealership. If that produces no results, then
the litigious option would be to file your case in small claims court. (You will need at least one expert witness to corroborate your claim regarding the faulty or nonrepair.)
