Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
new car sale
I purchased a new car almost 2 weeks ago here in Va. They are now calling me telling me they need me to come back to the dealership however they say they are unable to tell me why over the phone. I signed the paper work on 3-24-07 stating what my payments were, for how long and the percentage rate. I told him I thought things were finalized when i signed the contract. He said no.

Re: new car sale
You had best go back to the dealership (with a lawyer, If possible)in order to determine what's up. Then, upon your return to the dealership, make no promises nor sign any additional papers, until you've had a chance to consult with an attorney. You can tell them that right upfront.
Re: new car sale
More details are needed regarding the nature of the sale (e.g. the contract, what was signed/exchanged).
