car sales and mt legal rights as buyer
My employer purchased a car in her anme and I have been paying for vit for he last year. The understanding was that it would be refinanced by the dealer in six months. this did not happen and now my employer wants to sell the car and I pay the remamining balance what are my rights?

If your employer is the owner of record of the vehicle, she is entitled to sell the vehicle at any time and if she's the only one obligated on the loan note for the vehicle, then she would be the only one legally responsible for whatever balance that remains due and owing on the note.
However, if you had regular use of the vehicle during the time it was financed, and the loan was made mainly for your benefit, then it would be your moral responsibilty to pay the balance due, even if you're not legally responsible for it, assuming that you're not listed on the loan papers as one responsible for the amount that was financed for this vehicle that apparently was mainly for your use and benefit.
