Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
cell phone deposit
If you put down a deposit on a cell phone and in the contract you are promised your money after two years, and it is 2 years and 3 months and they still haven't gotten your money back, and claim they are working on it, how can I get my money back?

Re: cell phone deposit
Call State Corporation Commission in Richmond to get the name and address of the registered agent. Go to your county/city General District Court and file suite with a warrant in debt. You do not need counsel.
