If a toy involving a laser device is manufactured in China for a major US marketer,should the product be labled as a dangerous device that can cause potential harm to childrens eyes upon looking into the laser.Is there a law suit there?

Yes, there could possibly be a products liability cause of action for this allegedly defective toy,
