civil suits

i forgot to file a bill of particulars and now thier lawyer is asking for the case to be dismissed what can i do to fix this

Ask the court to deny the opposing party's motion for dismissal and to grant you additional time to file your BOP based upon any mitigating excuses which you can muster that might have, hopefully, at least some small degree of credibility.
