Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
looking for clarification
When purchasing a car from a dealership. Is there a law in VA that states the deal is final upon signing the contract or when you physically take possession and drive the car off the lot.

Good question. In some ways it is "final," in other ways it is not (contingent financing, spot deliveries, yo-yo sales, deals void or voidable for fraud, revocation of acceptance, etc). What is it you are trying to do?
