Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia

Cleaning Brush with Metal Screw Rod in Cheese Sauce

I ordered a side of cheese sauce at a fast-food restaurant through the drive-thru. While scooping out the sauce with my fries, I found a small cleaning brush with a metal screw rod sticking out one end. The size of the object was smaller than the fries I was eating. I am worried about what the brush was used to clean and how it could have ended up in cheese sauce in the first place. Is there anything I can do legally or am I looking at a free meal?

Re: Cleaning Brush with Metal Screw Rod in Cheese Sauce

Very likely, no more than the free meal (assuming that you incurred no actual physical damages from the errant brush/screw).
