Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
If a company hires a third party to assess rotting door units and then provides me with a formal report supposedly based on this information. Am I entitled to a copy of that third party report?

Yes, I would think that such a company would want to provide you with
such a copy of the report if you have a legitimate interest in the matter, unless, perhaps, the report conludes that the company is somehow legally culpable or contains otherwise adverse information as to their role in the matter in which case you would likely have to sue them in order to get a copy as part of the discovery material in the case.
