Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
Consumer Help
I have been having difficulty receiving a refund from Dell Computer. I have all my correspondence with Dell documented and they are continuing to delay refunding my money. What recourse do I have? They also refuse to supply me with an address so that I can write to them.

Re: Consumer Help
Since Dell does lots of business in the Commonwealth, you could sue this company in a Virginia small claims court. (Serve the papers on the Secretary of the Commonwealth in the event that you cannot for some reason identify/locate their agent designated to accept such service.)
