Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
consumer dispute
i recently bought my daughter a 4 wheeler. when we received it it was not the 110cc we ordered, it was a 90cc, and did not have the same safety features we wanted. i called to tell the company and they want me to pay to ship it back which will be hundreds of dollars when its not even what we ordered. can we dispute this with our credit card company and what will happen if we do not send it back?

Re: consumer dispute
Yes, put the matter in contest by sending written notice to your card issuer that you dispute the charge on the basis cited. Then inform the seller that you will make the machine available to UPS or to whomever they arrange to pick up ship it back to them, but that you will not be bearing the cost of the return shipping.
