consumer liability
I have just puchased frozen meats. After salesman left,I did a search and found many complaints about products.The company has a no cash refund policy. What happens to me if I cancel the check?

Re: consumer liability
The company may sue you for the amount of the cancelled check in addition to their related costs, particularly if you fail to return the frozen meat in the pristine state in which you supposedly received it.
