Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
Contaminated food
I found a fly within the bread I bought from supermarket. I am very upset. What's the legal right I have over this problem? Can I sue the market for damage?

Re: Contaminated food
How were you damaged in ways that could be credibly measured and quantified in a dollar amount of alleged monetary loss? (No, subsequent bad dreams and loss of sleep and general emotional disarray, all laid to the presence of this pesky fly on your bread, will not suffice.)
