Contract Cancellation
Is a gym/health club legally obligated to offer an early termination fee on their gym contracts/memberships? I am a member of a gym and the only way to end the contract is to prove that you have moved to an area where the gym is not located or become physically unable to use the facility.

No, the club is not legally obligated to offer this kind of early way out of their contract which you've suggested(in my opinion) which is one very good reason not to sign this kind of contract in the first place.
