Re: contract cancellation state of virginia
Unless it's a contract subject to the Virginia Home Sales Solicitation Act
which basically affords the consumer 72 hours to cancel after signing, there
is in the Commonwealth as a general rule no grace period for any other types of contracts unless the instrument itself contains such a provision(allowing for cancellation within a specified period of time).
