contract changing after deal was made.
deal on used truck started at 9850.00 i bargained for 2500.00 trade on two vehicles.plus an extra 179.00 processing fee that was a deal breaker.after signing all papers, i found starting price had changed to 12,071.40. i have a witness that was with me while deal was made.

No problem! Since you read the papers before you signed them, and the papers reflect the deal you made, just hold them to what's in writing -- which is the only thing that counts. Or is there something you're not telling me, like you signed the papers without reading them. In that case, of course, you would have no one to blame except yourself and nothing your witness could say would make a difference.
