Contract/Credit/Billing
Can I stop payment on a ACH (clearing house) w/ out being penalized w/ a collection agency? (There's no debt owed,paid whole year. but company is renewing a contract for my kids taekwondoe classes)

Unless you are specifically agreeing to the renewal, the TKWD folks should have no right to automatically renew the contract and you should be able to refuse such action without penalty.
