coping out of contract with in the canceling days
do i have the right to cancel a contract if with in the days of the signing ?

No, not unless it's a contract covered by the Virginia Home Sales Solicitation Act which under that circumstance would give you a 72 hour right of cancellation. (That means, however, that the seller either had to call you on your home phone or show up on your doorstep to sell you the goods or services which you would now like to cancel.)
Otherwise, you can pretty much forget about cancelling it(absent some fairly unusual circumstances).
