Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
can i get the copyritghts
a photo studo was hired to shoot our wedding and they were to give us a proof book and then they were to deliver a photo album. we recieved the proofs but no album. the co. has since gone out of buisness and i was woundering what steps i might be able to take just to obtain the copyright to these photos so i can make my owen album

Why would you need the copyrights for what amount to family photos? It would seem somewhat unlikely that a now defunct photo business would have gone to the trouble of obtaining copyrights to your wedding photos just before going out of business.
