Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
cosighned for son
i co signed for my son on a truck, an since he has payed payments on time for a year now2 months ago he lost his job and can no longer pay for the truck and is most likely going back to spain leaving me with a truck that i cannot pay for we have 3 other young kids

Your son should attempt to sell the truck and pay off the outstanding loan on it before he goes off to Spain, othewise Mom could be left holding the (empty)bag, so to speak.
