Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
I have a customer who purchased a tv stand that had to be ordered. The customer placed a deposite of $230 and still has a balance of $224.65. The customer came and picked up the item and our mistake was forgot to collect the balance. What recourse do i have now. I did call the customer to let them know they have a balance.

Send him a bill. If he refuses to pay, then consider suing him in your local small claims court for the balance.
