Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
My daughter's car broke down about 10 days ago and she took it to a garage. They were supposed to find the parts and let us know how much. We left the car there. We contacted our regular mechanic after a few days of not hearing from them. Our mechanic went to pick up the car and they are charging us a $125 storage fee. is that legal?

$125 for 10 days of storage for the vehicle at the garage does not strike me as exorbitant, and, yes, quite legal, I would think.
