Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
Dealership didn't pay for extended warranty.
When I purchased a vehicle from a dealership in VA. I was also given a 3mth/5k warranty that was provided by a third party. Well the dealership nevered paid for the warranty. I had problems with the truck and wasn't able to have it fixed by the terms of the warranty, and had to take the vechile back to the dealership to have it repaired.
The car had problems and I had to take the vehicle to the dealership to have it repaired 3 times for the same issue, because they never paid for the warranty so I wasn't able to have it repaired from a legit service center.
The car still has the same problems and the dealer is refusing to allow me to take it to a shop to have it repaired.
I believe the dealer scammed me, and there is a breach of Viriginia Consumer law.

It certainly sounds as if you may have a claim, though I advise discussing your legal options with an attorney.
