Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
I used my debit card at a laundry mat, they were only authorized to take out $2.25 that I used in the machine. They are now taking $20 out of my account and have an incorrect transaction date on the statement. Do I have any legal rights in this issue? What can I do to get my money back and make sure they aren't scamming other people as well?
