Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
I went to see a dentist and I found out later that my insurance was expired.The dentist asks me to pay more than the double of what he estimated before. I still have the copy of the first estimate. Do I have to pay the new bill?

Yes, very likely so if what you received from this dentist was only
an estimate of the cost for the services which he provided to you(my opinion).
